I lost my device! What now?

If you've lost the device you used to set up Multi-Factor Authentication and cannot receive the Recovery SMS (text) messages contact help@cru.org. We may be able to temporarily reset your Multi-Factor Authentication so you can set it up on another device.

You'll need to provide sufficient proof that you are who you claim to be. We don't want to make it trivial for hackers to access your account!
