When you attempt to log in to a system that uses Okta for authentication (such as MPDX), you are presented something like the screenshot below. You can also create a new account on the Okta home page.
To create a new account, simply click the Sign up button, enter your email and password, and click the Register button.
Check your email for a verification email. It may end up in your spam folder.
